The Solo Adventures?

I too enjoyed the short far more than any PT-era Lucasfilm product. There were moments when the Han actor's voice and emphasis weren't quite right, but there were also lines that were absolutely convincing. As for the models... I'm not sure. It'd be fascinating to see how the Clone Wars team would render Han, for comparison's sake. He definitely looks kinda street-artist caricature-y here, but he's also admirably expressive. So, I don't know.

I too would enjoy seeing this as a series... if there were no more PT references. As if that would happen... :p

That was amazing, and showed once again that Star Wars really needs to go back to basics. I don't just mean the OT, but in style and tone.

It makes me want a Star Wars CGI show now with the original characters...

Definitely! Nice voice acting on Han there (even if Han looked more like Willem Dafoe than Harrison Ford), and the "evil robot" had more personality than all the PT characters combined. :rommie: Not to mention humor! Remember when Star Wars had humor?

George Lucas take note. That's what Star Wars should be like.
All the good Star Wars stuff nowadays is done by fans (tho I'll give the Clone Wars a decent shot over the weekend.)
Hell, I can't think of a better fit for animation than the adventures of Han, Luke, and Leia after ANH. Their dynamic in the first movie was so perfect it's just DYING to be revisited someday.

Between IV and V, between V and VI, post-V1...just give us anything!
