I'm looking forward to seeing it as the art has a Dick Spring quality to it.
It looks terrible. Batman with bras knuckles? Why not just give Superman a gun and get it over with.

Hey now, keep it clean!
Who's excited to see the series debut on the 14th on cartoon network, friday night?
DC didn't really have anything to do with it.

yeah..I know..but still..WB owns DC...WB owns Cartoon Network...So it all comes back to WB..bastards!!!
Yeah, it does look kinda juvenile.I've only read articles about it... I'm concerned its going to be embarrassingly juvenile. Hopefully that won't be the case! I certainly like the idea of seeing lots more animated DC heroes and villains.

That's not accurate. DC Comics is a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Entertainment, Inc., which is in turn a subsidiary of Time Warner, Inc. Cartoon Network is owned by Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., which is a semi-autonomous subsidiary of Time Warner. So WB doesn't own Cartoon Network; it's owned by the conglomerate that owns the conglomerate that owns Cartoon Network. WB doesn't have direct control over CN, and DC very definitely doesn't. They're corporate first cousins.
But despite that, they're still separate companies with separate budgets, separate decision-making structures, separate priorities, etc. They don't have the ability or the right to tell each other what to do. What's good for one company may be bad for the other, even if much of the profits ultimately go to the same media mogul. So they're not all acting as a single unit.
JLU was ended because the advertisers who fund CN's programming prefer cartoons that are geared toward younger viewers. DC and Warner Bros. had nothing to do with the preferences of those advertisers.
