TMP, I like Spock's story. The overall plot is fine apart from the fact that it's recycled from The Changeling, but it does it better.

It would be an excellent film if it was much shorter, with all the endless ship shots left out.

It's not as good as its predecessor, but I think Star Trek III: The Search for Spock gets a bad rap. It's a decent sequel and the only TOS movie to give everyone in the cast something important to do.

Another vote for STIII. It's not the greatest film, but it's miles better than TMP simply because its pacing isn't terrible.

Another vote for TMP. IMO it's the most underrated Trek film, which is a real shame because at its core it's the most Trekkish of any of the movies. TMP is all about space, exploration, and the discovery of new life. I love the atmosphere, the slow pace, and the visual effects hold up remarkably well for a film as old it is.

I think Generations is quite underrated. My favourite sequence is the crash of the Enterprise D, while it's neat to see Kirk and Picard Meet.

TSfS - Granted, the Klingons are just ridiculous and the movie had the potential to be way better than what was offered, but I like the drama and character moments.

The Search for Spock - I also think it gets a bad rep and is a decent sequel. The music is probably the best the franchise has ever produced. And, I prefer Robin Curtis over Kirstie Alley.

Saving TMP. I like it more than TSFS, even though some of the execution is questionable. The TOS crew are back for the first time in ten years, and Spock's story is really good. A solid sci-fi yarn in a totally different, perhaps more sophisticated style compared to what later Trek films would go with.

I'll vote for TSFS, which I like a little more than Generations. Despite what is essentially a reset of what happened in TWOK, it does very well to show what cost Kirk and the crew are willing to pay to get Spock back. They lose David and the Enterprise along the way, but it all seems worth it by the end.

Generations. While not my favorite TNG film, it is the most special to me. There are so many exciting moments; the Kirk and Picard team up, the battle with the Bird of Prey, and the crash of the Enterprise D, to name a few.

Insurrection is a lighter entry into the Trek movie mythos, but its one I revisit. While I despise the anti-tech vibe in parts of it, the rest is fairly solid--some good action, some funny bits, another great Goldsmith score, etc.
