The MOST Disliked Episode of TNG - Final Part...

I'm giving my point to Transfigurations again. Same reason.

I'll vote for Homeward again. Like I said previously, I wouldn't really have that much of a problem with it if it weren't for the Prime Directive stuff early on.

Galaxy's Child again, due to just being the least flawed left. Homeward reminds you of TNG's silly prime directive interpretation, Transfigurations makes its character messianic, New Ground brought in a character that never brought anything good to the show, Violations had scenes that were a bit too uncomfortable for having such little payoff.

I really like "New Ground." Overall, a good look at family life on the Enterprise. Good story. Also, I like Worf's parents (great casting!), and young Alexander does a great acting job. As a bonus, I love the scene where Riker staggers out of the burning school room with the caged children's creature.

Another vote for "New Ground." Because parental responsibility is a good thing.

One more for Galaxy's Child. Below average episode, but I think it's awesome to see Trek call BS on one of it's previous scripts.

I concur with the above reasoning about Galaxy's Child. I dig the continuity.

I gave Galaxy's Child a point, because I dig space borne organisms.

Just as an aside. I like a lot of these episodes. The only one I dislike on this list is "Violations." I would have included on the "dud" list, "Code of Honor," and "Sub Rosa".

Galaxy's Child has been saved, I liked Leah and her callimg Geordie out for being a creep.

With no great enthusiasm, I'll vote New Ground, simply because I guess it's the least bad of those remaining.

This has become a hard decision. Three of the series worst are there, not going to vote for 'OMG SO CLEVER REVERSAL OF GENDER NORMS but we're gonna write it like it's some weird abnormal thing for women to be strong and make all the men on the planet completely weak and cloying because yeah we totally missed the point', the dull condescending one or the abject comedy fail.

Between the three mediocre skippable episodes remaining, probably between New Ground and Homeward, since Violations doesn't offer much and is a bit uncomfortable to watch. Homeward has the bigger flaw in that it has that 'Prime directive says we have to allow apocalypse' crap, but it also has bigger upside. The whole holodeck journey is clever, whereas Alexander was only ever annoying. I will vote Homeward.
