Kirk: 2 hours of Oxygen left.

Mendez: Wonderful.

Kirk: Part of me is hoping the Enterprise won't come back for us. We step on that deck, Spock is finished. Court-Martialed, disgraced.

 

[Leandar]

Mendez: He's dead... if he makes it to Talos IV. Why would he want to get Pike there? The command reports stated Talos contained absolutely no practical benefits for mankind.

 

[LeadHead]

Kirk: Spock would have some logical reason for going there.

 

[Leandar]

Mendez: Maybe. Maybe he's just gone mad.

 

[LeadHead]

The Enterprise

McCoy: I keep wondering who might be following us in a Shuttlecraft and I keep coming up with the same answers but I can't be right, can I Mister Spock?

 

[Leandar]

Spock: Computer control. Lock onto shuttlecraft following us.

 

[LeadHead]

Computer: Locked on. Tractor Beam Ready.

 

[Leandar]

Spock: Go to tape Abel Seven Baker. Execute instructions.

 

[LeadHead]

McCoy: Is it the Captain, Mister Spock?

 

[Leandar]

(The ship's engines begin to slow)

Hansen: Sir, the engines are reversing. (The ship comes to a full stop) She's brought herself to a dead stop.

 

[LeadHead]

Spock: This is the First Officer Speaking. Security, send an armed team to the bridge. Transporter Room, standby to beam Captain Kirk aboard. Effective until then, Mister Hansen will be in Operational Command.

 

[Leandar]

Hansen: Sir?

 

[LeadHead]

Spock: First Officer out. Doctor, as Senior Officer Present, I present myself to you for arrest.

 

[JanewayRulz!]

MCCOY: You what?

SPOCK: The charge is mutiny, Doctor. I never received orders to take command.
