I didn’t know you could borrow movies at libraries.
Considering movies like Matrix are on streaming services, I could see why there would be no waiting list for it.
I got 5 libraries within driving distance, ten minutes max. Many have free classes, 3d printing and video game check out.Dude, most libraries even have an app where you can get ebooks and audiobooks and movies for free! It's why devices like Kobos are more economical than Kindles in a lot of places despite costing 3x as much up front - they allow library apps right on them, whereas, depending on where you live, there is no legal method of getting books on a Kindle without purchasing them from Amazon.
They also have things like museum passes, park passes, and tons of other great stuff. Even mobile internet hubs for if you're going on a trip and don't want/can't afford to use your data. Library options are something so few people take advantage of. Definitely check out your options.
Back on topic, I think the most damning thing to be said about this movie is that it's been about 7 months since I saw it and I've already forgotten pretty much everything that happened in it.
Here in Canada, you have access to all libraries within the province you live in. Even if you live near a tiny library (like I currently do) you have access to all the others. Place a hold on a book, dvd, or recording and you will have it within a month. Currently you can't do that with streaming movies, but you can with ebooks and magazines.
