"DRONE" gets my vote simply because I like the others more. Great episode, though... among the very best of this series.

Tough choice, as both are great episodes and hard to eliminate either. Giving a point to "LIVING WITNESS" as at least some continuity happened as a result of "TINKER, TENOR, DOCTOR, SPY"... the ECH was used next season.

And I am very happy to give the final vote offing "Living Witness" and give the win to "Tinker Tenor Doctor Spy"!

I love them both -- I just rewatched "Living Witness" and I fully cried at the end -- but "Tinker" is just so clever. It was hard to find an original story at this point of Berman Trek, but this feels like one. I adore the Overlookers, they make such a fun, fresh antagonist (if I had to see one more "warrior race"...)

I've only recently developed a true appreciation for Voyager. Like, within the last 2 or 3 weeks. I always used to get so annoyed that Voyager refused to interact with the darkness inherent in it's premise, but I now find something to really appreciate in it's determined lightness. At it's heart, Voyager was a silly show. So I'd rather give the win to the brilliantly silly episode.
