I think so.

Living Witness is a worthy winner, and I was happy with the top 5, even though some of my favourites didn't make it through.

The episode where the writers stop beating around the bush and portray the characters as the a-holes that they really are is the winner, go figure.

It also goes to show that when the writers and production staff actually TRY to make a good episode (such as the 100th, Timeless), they can succeed. Too many times throughout the show, they were just phoning it in.
