I love Future's End, so I will not eliminate it.
Adding a point for Death Wish. I found their portrayal of the Q Continuum to be not very believable and I didn't really sympathize with the Q who wanted to kill himself as much as the episode intended me to. I don't know... I just don't often re-watch this episode.

They do a 'They're about to get home haha nope' episode as the sixth episode in the series. The whole thing with the Romulan was well done but they needed to work harder at the ending.

I liked Lifeline. I did not like Eye of the Needle. Teasing the audience with "we might be going home!" at least twice in season 1 was a dumb move. When the audience knows it's not going to work out from the beginning, why bother?

Also, I doubt a Romulan captain would have been so amiable, especially a pre-TNG xenophobic Romulan. He would have assumed it was a trap, even after the Voyager crew proved what they claimed. You could pretty much swap him out for a Vulcan and hardly know the difference.
