This is where it's tough, they're all so good (though I do have one clear favorite). I think I'll do "Chain of Command II" this round. It always kind of bugged me that Picard had to be so fully tortured AGAIN, after the Borg assimilation. A character really only needs one trauma of that level.

I'll go Chain of Command II. Very good episode, but I think it gets a touch overrated because of Patrick Stewart's acting tour de force. Not really a scathing critique, but I have to find something and these are all good episodes.

TBOBW 2 gets my vote, they really go out of their way to undo every change, Captain Riker is demoted back to Commander, Shelby leaves and Picard gets deborgified quite fast. It's still a great episode but it feels like a giant step back after part 1.
