I'll vote for Tacking Into the Wind. I've heard the Worf/Gowron fight described as 'epic' but for me it was just the opposite. It was hammy, anti-climatic and the way Gowron fell over backwards two seconds after being stabbed was laaaaaame!

It's got to a point where the episodes are so good, single scenes can make the difference between which is better, and that's the case here.

TIL great episode, one thing that makes me vote it out is the dissappointment I felt when I found out the flute was only a non-playing prop.

United is my least favourite of the remaining stories. It's a fantastic episode, but being the middle episode of an arc it doesn't really stand on its own and although that holds just as true of Call to Arms and In the Pale Moonlight, I just prefer those episodes.

And the Inner Light is gone. A beautiful episode, but not as fun and interesting as Mirror Mirror, not as epic and important as most of the others... and it's too early to go after ICOTEOF since it wouldn't work yet.

Time to shock people and vote for The Best of Both Worlds (I).

To me, the pacing seems uneven and the Riker/Shelby constant sniping at each other got very annoying quickly. I always laugh at the scene where the Borg beam on to the Enterprise. Upon discovering that their phasers are useless, the crew thinks "oh well, maybe our FISTS will do the job!" Granted, the end is iconic but I much prefer Part II and of these, it's the episode I'd want to rewatch the least. I suspect I'll be alone, however.

Best of Both Worlds - I will agree with you. The last scene was epic but this point it takes more than one scene to survive.

CTA, good episode but goes against my preference for short fiction, shorter story arcs, less militaristic episodes, also the Rom Leeta wedding bits were kind of annoying.
