I can never get enough Chakotay and Harry... 
... three stories come to mind, as much as I do rather like most of them, Pathfinder still feels too much by-the-numbers fore its own good or need -- as well as feeling like a sweeps week viewer grab, complete with schmaltzy ending. "Oh look! Barclay is back! Deanna too! Deanna is consoling him! Deanna is consoling him, again! For the same issue! Again! Barclay went from a generalist to a perfect specialist in a different and more complex field and nobody listens to in a handful of years! He correctly guessed Voyager's position despite all the moments where some anomaly pushed them forward a few thousand light years! He even does a better job at putting on his toupee now!"
(Though the treatment of him via letting the manager on duty speak to the upper echelon is proper and even I would wait until after the meeting to say "Yes, but this needs to be considered" instead of doing an end run like what Shelby did, though comparing the two scenes I'd still say Barclay's was fleshed out better... which isn't to say Shelby's moment was bad...)

I was really over him by the end of TNG and there was no point in dragging him into Voyager too especially not when they did the whole holodeck addiction thing again.
