The Janeway debate

    She's like 30 years older, large and in charge.

    "Admiral Janeway moves slow, but only because she doesn't have to move for anybody."

    I just finished binge watching the entire series. I found Janeway to be decisive, compassionate, courageous, clear-headed, and curious. All traits of a great captain. She was not flawless by any means but the situation called for someone who was able to keep his/her head and act. She did this without fail for the most part.

    I found her to be just as consistent as the other Captains.
