In early Voyager episodes, Janeway enjoyed dressing up as woman employed as a housekeeper. Does this mean:
a) Janeway is a cross-dresser?
b) Janeway has a secret desire to mother her crew?
c) The fact that we never saw this bizarre and rather pointless storyline completed showed how inept it was?

There were those two races that looked like Snakes and Lions respectively in TNG (can't remember both of their names off hand).
So, why haven't we seen any that look like dogs? Do the Trek writers have something against dogs? Did Porthos give the dog race rabies and cause their death?

NCC-1701 had two, one in each nacelle. Ha! You thought that they were matter / antimatter engines, didn't you? Originally they were, but bowling is more fun than collecting antimatter (but not by much).
In NCC-1701A, it was on deck 1, which was at the bottom of the ship (which had inexplicably got over 78 decks in height).
In NCC-1701D, they had evolved past the need to bowl.
In NCC-1701E, they kept a few Borg from First Contact and made a Borging Alley.
