The government isn't funding mental health services and this is what's happening with people running around who need help. Its a big complicated problem with no easy solutions unfortunately.
I was a little shocked when I saw it on the news. There was no mention of it from social media (or more likelihood I missed it)

I've always called them Potato Fritters (and something I miss) but can also remember potato cakes.

Might have been my father who used the term but not sure where he picked it up from - could be from when we lived in Victoria from 71 to 74 or it was an English thing (his mother and stepfather used to run a chip shop at one point).
