Gargarsoulas's mother has spoken out.

THE mother of the accused Bourke St Mall killer Dimitrious Gargasoulas says she is ashamed.

As Emily Gargasoulas grapples with her grief, she is also focused on her other son, Angelo, who was allegedly stabbed by his brother.

Mates have revealed how Angelo had a tumultuous relationship with Mr Gargasoulas. Speaking through tears, Ms Gargasoulas said she was struggling to comprehend the carnage her son is alleged to have caused.

“He’s hurt a lot of people and broken up a lot of families ” she said

“I’m ashamed of him and ashamed to be his mum. I’m so sorry to the families he’s hurt.

“When I found out about what he did ... I felt sick ... so sick in my stomach.”

It looks like that Angelo Gargasoulus was stabbed because his brother didn't approve of Angelo being gay.
