Not that hot here. About 21C today and the hottest we have had so far this years is 30C.

I'm sitting on a tram and it's 20c out, it's been an oddly cool summer.

Only got to about 25C here today, It has been quite windy and a bushfire is burning about 2km from my house. A water bombing helicopter was flying over my neighbourhood for a couple of hours. Those things are very noisy when they are flying so low. Luckily the fire is now under control,

Have you ever been near the big orange one they nicknamed Elvis? That thing is so loud. It looks like a modified Sikorsky

Stuck on the train at Fassifen for an hour b/c a bushfire had crossed the line near Morisset. Had to be bussed part of the way, home about 1.25 hours late. Still incredibly sticky and hot.
