He only got 19 votes and one of those votes would have been himself.
Pauline Hanson however got 250,000 votes which meant that her votes and preferences were enough to get her and Malcolm Roberts into the Senate (Roberts only got 77 votes). However Roberts had dual citizenship which meant he had to go so Mr 19 Votes, as the third person on the One Nation ticket got on.
Then he left One Nation and joined the Bob Katter party but after only 4 months he was expelled from that party.

Sadly it will amount to nothing as there's no grounds for him to be expelled.

I was right and wrong about expelling him from the senate.
It used to be possible to expel some-one as S.49 gives the parliament the ability to set it's privileges etc but the rules were changed in 1987.
As it was simply an act of parliament it could be changed again but they wouldn't be time as parliament has very few sitting days before the election is due (nice work scummo to avoid scrutiny).

This is not how I usually recommend responding to politicians but I think this kid is my new hero. And if he'd been charged I'd have happily contributed to his defence.

I don't watch The Project but I did watch the interview and will probably watch the one on Sunday. I like JA but hope these people are not milking it for any other purpose like votes or public standing, aaaaaawww who am I kidding there's probably some of that going on.
True I wanted Australia to steal her as PM but NZ wasn't happy with the idea.
Having the former Uruguayan President, Jose Mujica, might have been almost as good as Jacinda Ardern. He gave away 90% of his $12,000 salary to the poor, and drove around in a 1987 Volkswagen Beetle. Australian need politicians like these two.
