I think existing laws should be enough unless there needs to be a change in wording to include new technology not mentioned in existing laws.
Oh for sure but hey they're politicians more power is like a drug.

Ahhh, @Miss Chicken they'd get you for all the times you search on nudiemen.com.au.
Julia Banks is LNP, so therefore, deluded.
I'm pretty pissed off because the financial managers that came to work I had then suggested I should shift my super to AMP. M'Kid, who knows a bit about insurance, said, "yeah, you're paying for something you'll never be able to claim on," so we're putting in a claim for income protection, which was something I was paying for, and maybe put the screws on after the RC for a refund, and then I'll probably shift to another super fund.
Damn.

How did we get here with our 4 main banks in deep with dodgy dealings and corruption? Not to mention AMP who have been doing what they have been doing for years?
The great irony is the government structured the RC in way that the industry super funds run by the unions would be the big target. the noalition was hoping that it would come out with material that could be used against Labor at the next election (same as the RC into the unions when the mad monk was in the big chair).
Instead it's backfiring.
It's almost a repeat of the Costigan RC and the bottom of the harbour scandal of the early 80s
Though I think the problem for you is going to be shifting your super elsewhere. The bastards will likely hit you hard and fast with massive fees.
google is your friend but I'll give you a hint. read up on FOFA.
Five pollies gone - four from Labor.
What’s the citizenship bodycount now, 12?
No, they don't have to pay their wages back, they were doing the job when they were there, much as visitors (say, backpackers) doing a job while visiting Australia. I don't agree with the High Court's ruling on Section 44 at all. But then, I'm a migrant too, who is proud of living in Australia but also his Scottish heritage. And these cases, some of them are more obscure than that. People being born here but still having Brit citizenship is a little odd, I get it, but if you're going to run for Pal;ia, you gottta walk the walk, I guess.
Eurovision! Loving it! Only one batshit crazy one (Israel) so far, but I really like the Czech one, really catchy and quirky, Estonia (what a voice!), and Cyprus. And the ones that gotr through are a good selection. The next semifinal is on Friday, be there or be a rectangular thing!
And the Budget is the most useless piece of crap I've ever heard, talk about an obsequious attempt to buy votes, but whenm yuou look at it closely, as people are starting to, it's a cruel document.

I've talked to a few people who are fairly certain Bill Shorten has a room temperature IQ, but his Budget reply was a declaration of war against the greed and waste of the LNP, and was so stirring there was applause and cheers from the gallery at numerous points. Rent-a-Crowd? Maybe, but the message was so much the kind of thing I want to hear, and the secret will be making Labor stick to it when they get in (not if).
Who started this citizenship drama?
once again google is your friend but you can start with Section .44 of the Australian Constitution.
