Who Is This Screamin' Lady...?
Trek11-UnknownBlondFemale.jpg

My guess is it's possibly Kirks mom giving birth to a LEGEND...?

That is Jennifer Morrison from House MD. She has been cast as Jim Kirk's Mother.

Here's hoping the wonderful Jennifer Morrison gets more screentime than just the few seconds depicting James Kirk's delivery. Can't wait to see her on the big screen.

Here's hoping that WE don't see anything more than the scream in that scene!!!

I bet Legends hurt coming out of the vergina.

...True...

But LEGEND's must feel great going back in.....

If the face of that Orion Lady is any indication! :rommie:

The Guy that put this trailer together has a very strange sense of humor....

The very next pic after her screamin'... is of Kirk pointing a big honkin' gun! :rommie:

It's symbolism. I'll bet you it's symbolism. Hollywood loves that.

Why isn't she in a hospital

From this pic it is Extreme Speculation as to just where this event is taking place.

The background doesn't give US any clues at all.

It could just as easily be in a ground based hospital for all we know.

I'm kinda leaning toward this idea personally.

I can't see any husband letting his pregnant wife be out in the midst of constant unknown dangers in that state, no matter what her job/rank may be in StarFleet.

I also can't imagine that his superiors would be too keen on that idea either, it would be way to much of a distraction for him while he's on duty.

Unless of course the Kelvin is on a deep space mission when she gets knocked up. The ship might not be putting into dock, or even be around a port for quite some time. I don't think 9 months is too long of a time between ports for a deep space explorer.

One would think that by the 23rd century, Officers on board a Deep Space Mission would know better than to get... knocked-up... (or even getting someone else ...knocked-up...) even if they ARE Married!

If she is on board the Kelvin giving birth, then my guess would be it's as a passenger being ferried some where, but that seems like a pretty convoluted plot-line even for JJ.

I can see the birth taking place on earth at pretty much the same time that Nero destroys the USS Kelvin (named after JJ's grandfather??) though.
That's something that JJ would see as a heart-wrenching moment and definitely include!

Then pop in Mr. & Mrs. Smith - she's one of Angelina's spygirls (back in her brunette - and IMHO more attractive - days).
