I hope Secret of Kells comes to dvd here, it looks neat!
Alec Baldwin is awesome.
Tina Fey is gorgeous.
That's too bad. Probably to accommodate the increased number of best picture nominees. Why couldn't they cut the president's speech (ie. when everyone gets up to get a sandwich.) or something?
Tina Fey & Robert Downey Jr. = WIN
Okay, Best Original Screenplay. This is a big test for Best Picture; if Boal wins here, no way is The Hurt Locker losing.
I'd prefer Tarantino, personally.
That's some great dialogue they chose for Inglorious Basterds.
I like that Brad turns away from the camera when the script says he turns to the camera.
Well, we'll now see if my prediction was true.
Damn. Was pulling for Basterds for this one. Oh well.
I have yet to see The Hurt Locker.
The Hurt Locker wins - no surprise there for original screenplay
I saw The Hurt Locker and it was OK but I think I was dulled by having watched Generation Kill on HBO.
Basterds did have the sharper script, I felt. Oh well.
Whoa, when did Molly Ringwald come back out of hiding?
I would still do Molly Ringwald.
Wow, where'd they dig up Molly Ringwald?
Edit - nice tribute to John Hughes.
Planes, Trains and Automobiles is one of the best movies ever.
I love his movies.
So many great movies, the man deserved this.
I was always partial to Sixteen Candles.
