Perhaps she has. Look at The Mousetrap - Cameron is very concerned about Riley. Never the less she may be any number of things. Perhaps even a human from the future (which could be explained as why Cameron doesn't like her).

She recognized the amazon bot it seconds. She has been around Riley alot. That was way more than 500,000 in diamonds. Maybe Riley is a Terminator who doesn't know she is a robot....
