Spoilers "Superman & Lois" Season 1 spoiler discussion!

I am far from an expert but it appears that way. John Wesley Shipp had to be in Vancouver for a whole month just to shot 2 episodes of season 7 of The Flash. First 2 weeks were spent in quarantine. But was just back to Canada filming for season 8 and returned to the USA in about 10 days based on his Instagram posts. Presumably for a single episode.

now if you’re fully vaccinated you just need proof of a negative PCR test 72hrs prior to arrival and there’s no need to quarantine .

I'm delighted by Dewan's return as Lucy, but it does complicate the narrative a little in my mind. So post-Crisis Lucy is the same as pre-Crisis Lucy (physically, at least), but Sam Lane is different, as is Morgan Edge. Or are they? Recastings happened before Crisis was a thing, after all -- Laura Benanti and Erica Durance both played the same Alura on Supergirl, for example. So in-universe, is Sam Lane really altered from Glenn Morshower to Dylan Walsh, or is it just a garden-variety recasting that doesn't affect the character within the series' reality?

Then again:

Well, this "Morgan Edge" wasn't really Morgan Edge, so that explains that difference. We can conjecture that at some point he killed the real Morgan Edge and took over his identity. As for Sam Lane, Morshower and Walsh are broadly similar physical types, enough that we can squint a little and just assume it's the same person, like Benanti/Durance.

Ah, so your speculation is that post-Crisis, Tal-Rho killed the real Edge before the latter became the successful business magnate we saw in Supergirl? That could work (though it begs the question of why he chose Edge). Tal couldn't have done the switcheroo after the point we met Edge in Sg, however, because he was too well-known.

That seems the simplest way to explain the change in accent. Perhaps he took Edge's place before he became widely known, but after he'd laid the foundations for his rise.

What about the real Edge's parents or family? I think he might have killed the real Edge while a baby and used mind control or something to control the parents or destroyed their minds and inherited their money in which case he used to build up his wealth or build from the wealth they had already achieved before encountering Tal-Rho.

Ooh, Ian Bohen. He was the first actor to play young Hercules in the flashback episodes of Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, and he was really good. Although in the Young Hercules spinoff series, he was unfortunately replaced by a young, pre-fame Ryan Gosling, who was not only far less credible as a young Kevin Sorbo, but hadn't yet learned how to act worth a damn. (Wow, that was over 20 years ago.)
He was also the recurring bad guy Peter Hale on Teen Wolf. I wonder if they'll bring in any other Teen Wolf cast members?
Is Jenna Dewan ( I keep having to fight the urge to put the Tatum in there), the first actor, other than Elizabeth Tulloch and Tyler Hoechlin, to reprise their SG role in S&L?

Well, technically David Ramsey, since he was in "Elseworlds, Part 3," which was nominally a Supergirl episode in terms of the production schedule. Though that's a real stretch. Otherwise, I can't think of any.

I had completely forgotten that Edge even appeared on Supergirl.

Well, not entirely unresolved. He was under arrest when last we saw him.

It still felt like they originally had a larger season-long arc planned for him and cut it short.

Unfortunately, the Arrowverse Wiki doesn't refresh my memory much, since the entries on Earth-38 Edge and his final episode appear to have been auto-translated from a foreign language and I can't quite follow what they're saying ("Edge confessed to the lead harming?").

She’s guest starring only in superman and Lois. They film are different times.
I got the US import blu ray today. It’s thinner than your usual blu ray box set. I’ll give it a look later on

That is of course the correct answer, but in reality with Crisis a huge amount of changes (though not all) are simply erased and changed magically with a real story point, for those that need one.

In general, sure, that's an available handwave if you need it. But in the specific case of Morgan Edge, we know that Tal-Rho is actually a different person who just used that name. So it's logical to conjecture that there was a real Edge whom he replaced. No need to settle for "magic" when there's a simple in-story explanation available. So why not?

Is it region free, only I'm hoping to get it for Christmas?
