For the lore you mentioned.STO isn't canon, so I'm not sure why you're including it there.
What is SCO?
Remember, the timeline is actively shifting, so Chronologically the most recent Trek show is always the farthest down on the list.Chronologically, Trek suns ENT - DSC - SNW - TOS - TAS - TNG - DS9 - VOY - LD - SCO - PRO - PIC - STO - DSC - SFA.
That’s not how that worksRemember, the timeline is actively shifting, so Chronologically the most recent Trek show is always the farthest down on the list.
So LD and SNW would actually be after DSC since the things going on there would have actively altered Discovery's future.
Oh it's probably Scouts. I didn't think it had a time frame established.
According to the Strange New Worlds it is.That’s not how that works
I need to rewatch the eps. I didn’t see it.There was a runabout model in the background, so it takes place at least after DS9.

Thank you! I've been thinking the show is set in the 2380s but I'm still collecting evidence.

It’s strange that each episode is the same. Bluey and that Spider-Verse show with similar animation have more sophisticated plots than SCO.Wherever it is, they have a serious asteroid problem.![]()
Still not how it works.According to the Strange New Worlds it is.
That's why the date of the Eugenics Wars is no longer what it once was..
Yeah I wasn't saying they were time travelling, just why not use the designs that are vaguely close to the 31st century?Because all time travel technology was banned in the mid-31st century, it is possible that the 29th-31st century ship classes designed for STO all got decommissioned because they were specifically built as timeships.

True. In fact, that applies to some PIC ships. The Pathfinder class is shown in 2401 when in STO's original story, it was a brand new class first launched in 2410.Not to mention that, again, STO has nothing to do with what's shown on screen. They could easily take a STO ship design meant to be from the 29th century and use it for a ship from the 24th century if they so chose, because the STO backstory behind the ship isn't canon.
same with the Ent-F, it didn't launch until 2409, the Odyssey class itself also launched the same year.True. In fact, that applies to some PIC ships. The Pathfinder class is shown in 2401 when in STO's original story, it was a brand new class first launched in 2410.
Yep. Most of the PIC ships are retconned slightly back in date. The only ones appropriate for 2399-2401 are the Ross (2381, but technically not an STO-original design) and Reliant (2397). Alita-class is 2406 (although its design language is technically 2411), Odyssey-class is 2409 (Enterprise E is destroyed in 2408 in their timeline), Pathfinder and Sutherland are 2410, and the Gagarin and Edison are 2411.True.
