I would guess it's just something like in a scene with a large group, we'll see Ahsoka in the group, maybe even standing next to Sabine (who'll be in her helmet).

No Rise of Skywalker spoilers have been posted, unless you consider speculation Ahsoka might have a cameo in the film a spoiler. If someone told you before seeing Rogue One Chopper was there, would you consider that a spoiler?
The word "spoiler" means something that spoils the experience the filmmakers want the audience to have. So if the filmmakers themselves choose to reveal information in advance, then it isn't a spoiler, because they want us to know it.
Plus, of course, it isn't even specific information in this case, just a vague hint that there may be some reference satisfying to Ahsoka fans. What form that reference takes is still a mystery. So it's not a spoiler, just a teaser.
Hell, for all we know, it could mean LF attached a teaser for Obi-Wan in which Ashoka shows up.

Also, Freddie Prinze Jr. as Kanan. No voice cameo for Ezra, who would be the same age as Luke.

The rumor mill reported this just yesterday. It is at the moment unconfirmed and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Agreed, untill Filoni or some other formal anouncement comes, I'll take any Tubber's maybe with a Crait full of salt...
Since the show ends some time after ROTJ, and the Mandalorian also takes place some time after ROTJ, perhaps they could do some kind of contrived crossover with both. Wouldn't that be grand? A holy war breaks out over the issue of Mandalorians taking off their helmets in view of other people.
