It looked to me that there were some ridge less Klingons in the background and fight scene. They were noticeably less bulkier than the ridged Klingons.
I only speculate that they were ridge less, unless there were humans working with the Klingons to restart the war.

Screenshots?

They were just boring humans. Remember they said that Klingons and humans were working together to start a war for profit.
It’s basically Star Trek VI

There is one possible continuity issue here. The Vulcan harp is already in Spock's quarters when Michael visits the Enterprise in Season 2 of DSC and is also visible in SNW Season 1, though his quarters now look radically different on the inside.

Was it Spock's all along and he just used it as a wall decoration to display his Vulcan heritage and M'Benga retrieved it from Spock's quarters when he wasn't looking? He never plays it until now?

Spock was probably like some guitar collectors I know that have 1958 Les Pauls and 1954 Stratocasters hanging in cases on walls but never play them.

New Trek has a lot of continuity issues already, I have to admit that even though I like what we've been getting. In Q&A, Una and Spock discuss the Prime Directive and call it as such in 2254. In the series premiere of Strange New Worlds occurring in 2259, a good 5 years after Q&A, Robert April dramatically declares that they're naming General Order 1 the "Prime Directive" and Pike says "It will never catch on"--even though 2 of his crew were casually calling it by that name already 5 years ago!

Possibly a common nickname that had been in circulation for some time that they decided to make official? Pike could have been making a joke that it had already caught on but that Starfleet giving it official blessing would make it "uncool". We see Archer in Enterprise pondering Starfleet adopting some sort of "Prime Directive" so chronologically the phrase has already been used way before the 2250s, though not in the same specific context.

Could be, but probably the best explanation is that we just have to mentally pretend that Una and Spock were saying "General Order 1" instead in Q&A and that it was "translated" into being Prime Directive for us 21st century Earthlings watching at home due to our familiarity with future Trek, or something.

Thank god for those universal translators that Paramount somehow had pre-installed in all our TV sets

Gave it a 10! I'm glad the wait is over for SNW, and this was a welcome way to get back into it! Quick paced, nice bits of humor here and there, a bit of intrigue regarding the rogue Federation and Klingon factions (I'm thinking of the Federation troops there similar to U.N. Peacekeepers, but those who turned away from that mission and have other motives)

I also liked how the Klingon Captain spoke. It was a throwback to TOS where they were almost elegant in their delivery.

I have to give Ethan Peck a lot of props for this episode. He gave a nice amount of range and even had me thinking that Nimoy would have liked what he did as Spock in this one!

A non-issue since Spock and Una would find other precise language to communicate. Possibly Una submitted the suggestion.
