STAR TREK HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!!!!

^ One Problem Though ! ^

There's no internet in 1969 so how are we able to even type to one another ?

I hate temperal mechanics.....

* Who's sitting right next to himself ala Miles O'brian as he talks about how much he hates temperal mechanics *

Think that's bad?

I just talked to my future self from 2050. And don't even ASK how weird shit gets by then.

Yet, oddly enough, thanks to an accident from the Temporal Cold War, there are now Colecovisions and Atari 2600s in the Eisenhower years.

Next you'll be telling me this Shuttle thing NASA is working on will get named Enterprise due to fans writting letters after all the letters didn't really save the show after all is said and done.

There's some guy on our airfield in Texas, his dad's a governor or something. He says he wants to go into politics, but I don't think he could possibly be elected. Half the time he doesn't even show up. :censored:

God help us!
LBJ is bad enough...I can't imagine another president from Texas.

*note* No offense to non-politicians in Texas...I have numerous relatives there.

I'm really liking this D.B. Cooper guy I met at the airport. Real solid fellow. A weird fetish for parachutes, but nothing too odd.

It seems like this war in the east will never end. We could be stuck there for years to come, unless that guy that looks Dr. Strangelove can do something.
BTW, did anyone see that awesome new sci fi movie? 2001, A Space odyssey? I hope we have giant revolving space stations above earth by the 21st century. Further, Im sure Pan American airlines will exist for many many years to come.

Hey, dudes! Star Trek may be cancelled, but I just heard that there's going to a big party on a dairy farm in rural New York state some time in August. Probably won't be much to it, but without Star Trek to keep me home....I'm planning on going. I think that it's called the Woodstock Festival.

Anyone else buy this Apollo 11 moon shot in a couple of months? Government will probably just fake it all out in the desert somewhere.

Oh, He'll let us off. But then the space aliens will keep us from getting there and quarantine the place.

Space Aliens ?

Come on it's 1969, no one is gonna buy space aliens, little green men, get real, here have some weed and listen to this Beatles 8 track tape on your quadrophonic stereo system.

I heard someday we might have computers small enough to be in our homes in the future.

That's science fiction. Next you'll be telling me people will have portable telephones the size of the communicators on Star Trek. That's sci-fi, baby!
