He's memorably unmemorable.
I often remember exactly how unremarkable he was.
Paris was such a cool character though, putting him next to someone too remarkable woulda made him less cool but sheesh they coulda done a LITTLE more with Kim.
Considering the Mirror Universe arc was apparently pushed back to Act 2, I'm wondering if much of the originally planned character development and focus fell victim to the rewrites after Fuller left. I can definitely see Lorca getting more focus if we visited the MU early, came back home with him and he was the one reaching the point where he'd actually attempt genocide against Klingons at the end. We might never know... hopefully, the story arc of Season 2 will be better planned and executed. We'll see.
If the writers of Enterprise were given a 5th season, they were going to bring the Kzinti back into the universe. I'm personally hoping that's where Disco goes next season. Larry Niven's creations had a deep history and background (maybe even get to see the Puppeteers as the ones holding the Kzinti's chain as a new adversary in the quadrant). It could take Trek in a really interesting new direction.

Harry Kim was Tom's Milhouse. He made himself look far cooler by hanging out with Harry.
Apparently the creators had already come up with conceptual art for the fifth season Kzinti ships that would have used the pink color from TAS but toned it down a little to make it less campy and cartoonish. It would have been fascinating to see how a Kzinti storyline would have fit into the beginning of the Earth-Romulan War and if that species would have been an ally or an enemy of humans or stayed on the sidelines to benefit from the outbreak of the conflict.
Harry always had to play frisbee with himself after Tom hooked up with B'Elanna and wasn't available anymore.
A rushed and lazy episode. I rate it a 3, would be even lower if not for Tilly and that we got to see an unfinished spacedock.
That's not entirely true.
What she did technically fits the UCMJ definition of mutiny. But, yes, there are stipulations that really emphasize conspiracy and malicious intent - neither of which happened. So it's really more of a matter of spirit/letter of the law.
And what she did certainly wasn't the classic Mel and Tony on the Bird of Prey the show made it out to be.
What she did was certainly grounds for court-martial, but with Mac and a proper jury of 9 fellow commanders (instead of three ominous flag officers), + accounting for Future Paradise World the most she should have received was something like 20/10
It was just a typical case of tech/legal/whatever moving at the speed of the plot to put things in place, which is usually fine except when it's handled that poorly.

But wouldn't that much bad luck eventually reach the minimum and overflow into massive amounts of good luck?

Why the hell did Voyager introduce the plot device that crewmembers needed permission from the captain before banging an alien? I don't recall ever seeing that in another Trek.

Ever wonder what happens to the...umm...real matter left behind in the holodeck after it's turned off. Does it automatically get sterilized, or does someone have to go in and mop?
