Mirror Voq is wearing his T'Kuvma uniform (with the Rebellion logo on the chest), and one of the Klingons on the right is wearing a uniform from the House of Kol.
The houses may have been unified in this reality as well because of the Terran Empire.
First thing it reminded me of was a good STC/fanfilm poster!

Huh...so that wasn't a TNG Klingon, it's this production's take on a Tellarite. Interesting. And I like everything about the new new Andorian except the little pointy things over the eyebrows. Other than that, well done in general.

More ferocious looking than the Klingons, honestly. Now THAT is the way to reboot a species.
I certainly like the Tellarite makeup better than how it was done in ENT, especially how they emphasized its boar-like quality in Discovery. I haven't seen much of the species, not even in ENT, so don't find the update jarring at all. I also dig the Andorian look, even if the brow ridge will require a short time for me to get used to. But hey, there was a time when Romulans didn't have bumpy foreheads either.
Bracing myself for the inevitable Tyler-Voq confrontation (and for more Captain Killy).
Also, seeing Mirror Sarek perform a mind meld on Burnham got me thinking... does that mean he will learn the same things about the Federation as Spock himself will eleven years later? Would they ever realize they both know about it?

The Andorians had brow ridges in ENT as well.
Considering Spock is in the imperial starfleet, I'm going to think there is was a falling out between the two in the MU like with the Prime Universe.
They weren't as prominent as here though, if I remember. I think those mini-antennae above the eyes are entirely new.
