Star Trek 2009 Line by Line 3.0

Male Nurse: The Baby too.

On a side note I remember laughing when i first saw this part of the movie, because of the actor who was playing the Male Nurse, I had just watched an episode of Burn Notice where he was a surfer dude and his Intro Screen read; "Nick, Dude with a Problem."
 
Winona, Doctors and Pilot enter shuttle

George: (over comm) Captain to Shuttle 37, is my wife on board?
 
^Actually there was a little more there:

Shuttle Pilot: We're waiting on you Sir.

George: No, just go! Take off immediately! That's an order!

Shuttle Pilot: Yes Sir.
 
Shuttle takes off.

Winona: No wait. Can't go yet. Please! Stop! Stop!!! George, the shuttle's leaving. Where are you?
 
George frantically fires the Kelvins weapons to cover the escape of the shuttles, one shuttle is lost and Medical Shuttle 37 narrowly escapes being destroyed by a Torpedo as Winona gives Birth

The Weapons of the Kelvin are completely destroyed, George sets a collision course with the Narada, then sits down for the last time in th Captains Chair.

George hears the baby cry

George: What is it?
