Guess the Talosians had better hope that somebody else of Pike's caliber stumbles across their homeworld in this timeline. Anyone who's read "Burning Dreams" knows what I mean.

After the trilogy is finished there could be an interesting story about Pike infiltrating the cabal and try to destroy it from the inside...
