Speculation on other Starships we might encounter?

I feel like we're getting spoiled by all these new ship classes. So excited! After so many years of Starfleet being populated predominantly with Mirandas, Excelsiors, Nebulas, and peppered with the First Contact ships, this is super exciting! And all right at the beginning of the series!

You should have been around in the Non-Remastered TOS days when we had:

Season 1:
- The 1701
- The 'First Federation lighted Disco Ball Ship'
- The Romulan Bird of Prey
- Assorted colors of light blobs with Spock saying: "It's a ship"

Season 2:
- The 1701
- The Romulan Bird of Prey (using recycled BoT stock Footage)
- Assorted colors of light blobs with Spock saying: "It's a ship"

Season 3:
- The 1701
-The Klingon D7 Ship Model (Which was expensive so the Studio said "Use it for both Klingon and Romulan storie as we want that money on the screen dammit!" and in fact the first time the model was used was in "The Enterprise Incident" a Romulan story. Explained by Scotty saying: "That's a Klingon ship" when it appears on screen to which Spock replies: "Intelligence reports Romulans now using Klingon design." )
- The Tholian Ship model
- The Tholian Ship model with warp nacelles glued to its sides and filmed flying backwards (in TOS - "Way To Eden")
- Assorted colors of light blobs with Spock saying: "It's a ship".
^^^
That was the film ship model libray used by TOS (1966 - 1969) ;)

The opening shot to this promo show the entire federation fleet.

The elephant in the room is saying "looks kind of Axanar there"

Some of the starships do have a FASA feel to them.

Also those Klingon ships are huge. I almost want to say that the big ship was the design inspiration for the Negh'Var, or perhaps even the Regency One in the Mirror Universe in terms of shape and size.

...Relieved to see this is still Star Trek, with point blank engagement ranges, a single plane of orientation, a single plane of action, and negilgible volume of fire. Whew!
