A recent toy version of Soundwave turned into a jet & that Soundwave's Nebulanish Mini-Con sidekick Laserbeak turned into a bomb I think

I second the call for give him dialog, and give him the correct voice.

I wish they could have come up with something else though. Maybe some kind of pimped out Death Race car with kick ass bass that could shatter windows and get old people to tut from 4 km away

Keep in mind boys and girls that this is his form before taking a Earth-type form.

Maybe in the future (if there are more movies) he will take a Earth-type form that more resembles what we expect.

To be fair, it's been stated elsewhere (can't find the link right now) that is the "Preview" figure. The last movie also had two "preview" figures of Optimus Prime and Starscream in their Cybertronian forms before they came to Earth. It's possible this is a form that may not even appear in the movie.

Weak. Oh well, his voice is more important. I hope they at least get that right.

He needs to be a portable MP3 player that takes SD cards, and the old "tapes" can be those cards. And he needs to grow and shrink in an unrealistic - but totally consistent with the behavior we saw out of the Matrix in the last movie - way.

And, the voice better be right.
