Not so...it's pretty obvious P'mount has a different approach for this film. SOME of what's gone before is canon to it, some not. I'm guessing MOST of TOS, MOST of the TOS-based movies, and NONE of the sequel series. Which is correct if they want to capture a NEW or casually-familiar audience.FordSVT said:

Um...REBOOT! No it didn't. NOTHING has. Trek 2.0 doesn't owe Trek 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, or 1.5 SQUAT.FordSVT said:
^I don't think it matters if you think it's "valid" or if you "buy" it or not, it happened, for better or for worse.
Oh, you're one of those "personal canon" people. Guess what? Some people don't count anything beyond ST:TMP. They're just as wrong and irrelevant as you.![]()

I've never really properly watched her in anything, but I do consider her somewhat attractive. I personally think she'd look best as a QuchHa Klingon, in a Mara-esque outfit (DEFINITELY WITH THE KINKY BOOTS!!! I DEMAND KINKY BOOTS!!!)

You said that in the Trek Today Thread, too. Do really think it was that clever?
