In my own version I'm working on right now...Zod assumes command of Black Zero after he has his disagreement with the Council and starts his rebellion, his first recruit is Jor-El who tells his old friend that he won't support him in an insurrection against the Council despite having his own disagreements with them. This sets off the chain of events that lead to a civil war and Krypton's eventual downfall.

Don't forget to include the Green Lantern Tomaree's last ditch and failed attempt to save Krypton by sticking the planet with pressure vents tapping right down to the core...

Oh? Is that why all that Kryptonite followed Kalel's sip to Earth?

I keep having these SMALLVILLE dreams where I am in Clark's place...but it is me...Clark doesn't exist...I have powers and I interact with the females from the show...like when it involves Lois(Erica Durance) there are these sweet-lovely moments and I adore her in the dream more so than I do in the show. With Chloe(Allison Mack) it is all sexual...every encounter involves just sex and she is amazing. With Lana(Kristen Kreuk) the moments are beautiful but sad and very painful at times...I always lose her in the dreams. I only had one with Tess(Cassidy Freeman) and it was all about sex, go figure. I had one with Kara(Laura Vandervoort) once too but it was all about helping her, saving her. Like I said I am not Clark in the dreams, cause they call me by my name...I have had dreams with Clark(Tom Welling) but it is with just him and no one else from the show...we usually are fighting a villain together or something...seems more of a learning experience when he is involved. It is amazing when a show has an impact on ones sub-conscious.

There was an episode of californication where Mulder and the Cylon Leoban where watching this tiny pretty blonde texan tv chef with an obnoxious mouth three stories tall bake something and Mulder said to the Clyon: "Who is that woman? I honestly don't know if I want to fuck her or punch her?" And the Cylon (who used to be that Mounties side kick) replied "You sir want to hatefuck her. I'll make a call."

Tess is sexier than Cassidy because the "evilness" adds three, maybe four marks, to her overall score.

You know it's funny, I've just read over the last two pages of comments, and it's quite a telling commentary that several of us view Lois (this version, anyway) in much the same way. Like you and Admiral Young, I'm finding her more than slightly annoying, but it's not Erica's fault. As AY pointed, it's the writers' fault.

Anyone going to be picking up the season nine DVD? I may rent it at some point just to hear the commentary tracks on it like I have the previous seasons. I don't own any Smallville DVD's they're too expensive for me at this point...even the cheaper earlier seasons.

Some of us are still building up stacks of vhs cassets with handwritten labels keeping score of what's what.

By the time I can afford a DVDR, my guess is that even that will be supplanted by some new superior technology.

@Jetfire I'm wondering if there will be a super (no pun intended) cool special commemorative letter from Tom Welling thanking everyone for their purchase of the box set similar to the Buffy and Angel sets have a Joss Whedon letter. I doubt it though.

My FRIENDS boxset is nice...it has a book...like thick with it...contains alot of cool stuff...ep descriptions, pictures and letters. They have 2 pages talking about the original pitch. Something like that would be cool with me.

Actually I wouldn't mind if the complete box set had the series bible in PDF format...that would be really cool to see. Sometimes I wish they'd let fans suggest totally doable things for box set extra features since they're essentially for us in the first place.

AY, another good place to look for DVD sets is a large, second-hand used book outlet; that's where my wife and I picked up Season 8. And to answer your earlier question, I'm definately planning to pick up Season 9 - there are a lot of eps I want to see again. E-bay is another good place to get DVDs cheaper than the store. I recently bought the Doctor Who - Complete Specials for way less than I could've at Best Buy.

Anyway...I will wait until we get a complete boxset...all 10 seasons. My S1-S7 are scratched all to hell anyway.

I just want to add...

I know TW wants KK(Lana) & MR(Lex) for S10...but there are alot of other characters and actors form previous seasons I would like to see.
