Or should!
Complaining about the content of the thread by using language (and images) which are more crass and offensive than what is actually being discussed is a pretty poor method of making your point.Yeesh... is the OP or any of you posters here jonesing to see some ST: Disco characters get their oral sex on?
Would you like to see Burnham blow Tyler?
Stamets fellating the doctor (or the Tardi)?
Lorca licking the Admiral's pink taco?
Tilly sucking off the male colleague of the week?
WHY would any of these be germane to the story? What the heck is up with this thread?
Cultcross pretty clearly said "Comments to PM" in his post.LOL love how I got an infraction for the word "freaks."
Am I correct to think the things below?
Allowed:
-Thread about oral sex with the term "oral sex" in the title (the advertisers won't mind)
-Discussion in the open about which characters they want to see partake is oral sex (the advertisers won't mind)
Not Allowed:
-The word "freak" to refer to someone who's horny and eager to see ST: Disco oral sex. INFRACTION!
-Semi graphic images under double spOiler tags (the advertisers will mind)
Would Orel Hershiser count? What if we just had a sex scene with a guy named Oral? Problem is other than Oral Roberts I have never heard of any other person with the name?

Infraction for offensive language, mini-modding, and arguing mod decisions in the thread. Comments to PM, which is not a polite request, but a rule.
I think you can have oral sex if it makes sense. But just be a bit tasteful, avoid head bobbing and just go with the movements and then cut to another scene or something. Wouldn't surprise me if this show did that at some point they clearly have the balls to do alot of things with a Star Trek show. We already have had gore to rival dead space. New propulsion systems. Homosexual relationships that are portrayed in a proper way. Hell we've even had cannibalism to a degree although I guess Klingons eating a human isn't really that but it still shocked me the first time I read the subtitles.
The original series referred to previous episodes on several occasions. If TOS couldn't be allowed to do that, then no Trek should.
I mean when TNG started employing actual continuity, as in mentioning events from another episode, I bailed.

I'd like you to meet a buddy of mine named Exaggeration. The original series referred to previous episodes on several occasions.
