Sanctuary Renewed for a 4th Season

Syfy has annouced that Sanctuary will return for a 4th season- 13 episodes next year, down from the 20 episodes we're getting this season.

I'm surprised. The ratings haven't been that good, have they? But I guess it's a fairly cheap show to produce.

Actually, I believe it was the highest rated scripted SciFi show. Only beat out by Wrestling and Ghost Hunters, at elast for 1 or 2 weeks.

Still good news, even if it's not as good as 20 (or 26, or, shocking as it may seem 39. That was back when summer was when they just reran the best episodes. That really made us kids faithfully watch every first-run episode, we knew we might not see the episode at all.)

Sanctuary gets no respect, but it is the current champion of the Farscape do anything, no matter how crazy, to entertain people. ethos.

Eureka and Warehouse 13 are the highest rated shows Syfy has.
