No, but "What the fuck was that?!?" "That thing nearly took my fucking head off," and "That was fucking awesome!" Certainly do.
It is perfectly natural to describe something that leaves one blown away as 'fucking amazing'. In the same way as describing an expert at something as being 'awfully good' at their job. Its called speaking English.
No, it doesn't for a specific reason: my commanding officer never ordered me to do push-ups. Did Tilly say "fuck you" to Stamets and I missed it?
See below. First of all, I was being facetious. Second, as I stated before, the problem wasn't that Tilly cursed. It was that it was forced and not natural, and done only for the shock factor.
Shock value for whom? I wasn't shocked. Seemed like a perfectly natural performance and response to me.
So, anyway: Season 1 or Season 2? I vote Season 1, just barely. I like Season 2 more and more as it goes along.
I like both seasons, but I like 2 a tad more -- so far. I do think that Disco's first season was better than that of the other Treks.
thats right , i keep forgetting, kids need everything on tv centred around them and their sensitive little ears. I vote make star trek m rated, problems solved, kids have enough fucking crap to watch
Seriously? Come on. Okay, then. I think it's very silly to even comment on the fact that someone said fuck. Who cares? What difference does it even make? It's, at its core, an expletive that hurts nobody. I think bleeping out fuck or calling it "the f-bomb" is some odd vestige of Puritanism (not calling any of you Puritans, of course, just the fact that this is apparently a thing for some reason strikes me as strange)... but to each their own. No offence. I'm done. Bleeping the fuck out. See? Being cute. EDIT: getting up early hurts my ability to Language.
