This is Star Wars not Star Trek. I know its easy to confuse the two![]()
That was in Stargate: the Return of the King.Wait, which one has the cute robots who say "Exterminator!"?![]()
Right, just after that amazing battle between the Reavers of District 9 and the Fedakyn from Omicrom Persei 8.^That was the one with He Who Shall Not Be Named, who turned out to be Saruman the Unkillable?
I don't think RO is a fan film. But "dark and gritty" is kind of a fan film calling card.
I'm told some fan films use naughty words to show how "edgy" they are.
Of course it is a professionally written and produced film. The criticism is that it has the sensibilities and falls into many of the tropes of a fanfilm. Things like:I don't think it is a fan film either, and I think it is willing to go places that fan films usually will not go.
Star Wars has less lens flare. This is Star Wars not Star Trek. I know its easy to confuse the two![]()
They got James Earl Jones back. So shouldn't that just be Villain singular? Guy Henry's performance was amazing too, I thought he sounded just like Peter CrushingBringing back the greatest hits villains played by less competent actors: check.
What plot hole?in what some hardcore fans see as a plot hole
I wish they would have lived too, but I imagine that many would cry "Foul" over the continuity error. As it was, the whole Tantive IV sequence already raises my continuity ire.Was it really necessary to give main protagonists that fate? So what if they didn't appear in the three OT films? They couldn't fit every single member of the Rebel Alliance in those films anyway. Disney couldn't make one or two more movies with them.
Telling an unnecessary backstory to fill in what some hardcore fans see as a plot hole
Seconded. I'm curious as well. What plot hole?
I am guessing some consider the two meter wide exhaust port to be a plot hole.
