I'm jealous of this guy my gf always hangs out with. They're always flirting. Any advice on how I can get him out of the picture (other than marooning him on Ceti Alpha V - that never goes well).

That's a tough one. We have no idea if you're just overreacting or if it's something real. There are plenty of times where it's just overreacting, so seriously consider that possibility. You also didn't state any details about your relationship. Are you two supposed to be exclusive I'm guessing. How long have you dated? Etc. It also varies depending on whether she just the recipient of the flirting or actively participating.

If you're sure it's real and your two are supposedly exclusive, talk to her about it calmly. Maybe she's not flirting back? Just be aware, there is the potential that it will be the end of the road for you if there is a real attraction between them and if they're both actively flirting. It may not be fixable, at least from your perspective.

At any rate, there are number of factors you need to evaluate before deciding how serious this is and what you should do.

My advice is to GET A NEW GIRLFRIEND as this one will cause you nothing but issues down the road.

We don't know if the OP is just imagining things. Even if he's not, we don't know if the girl friend is flirtying or just the guy. Although he says they both are so it could be a problem. But, then again, some people are just naturally flirty (like me) and it doesn't have to mean anything.
