Amanda was mentioned several times in this thread. Donker was the first in February, then me (repeating a Reddit theory) a day later, then Farscape One a couple weeks later in March (kinda).

I've also heard Amanda thrown around a lot which I would also rank highly.

Someone on Reddit was saying that the Red Angel is Amanda Grayson (you heard that right), based on foreshadowing from Brother showing her in a flowing red dress when Michael first meets her.

Maybe even a descendant of Amanda?

That said, the Reddit theory and my thoughts were that she'd become the Red Angel by accident in looking for Spock and would be saved by Spock and Burnham after being stuck in some sort of time loop.

Instead she found Spock just fine and really has no reason to be stuck in a loop or EV suit, so she's gone way down in the Red Angel Pool these last few episodes.

Theory: Airiam's "it's all about you!" to Michael wasn't confirmation she's the Red Angel. It meant her murdered parents were the AI experts who came up with Control which eventually goes full Skynet and destroys civilisation.

Airiam recovered is a good choice, I think. If the Red Angel has always helped previously eg. when it came to Terralysium and Saru's homeworld, but didn't actually stop Control/Airiam, it's possible that was the intended sequence of events the Red Angel wanted, in order that the predestination loop continues. If the Red Angel is Airiam, then the Angel knows exactly how events transpired on the station and knows that she would eventually be ejected and possibly picked up later.

I'm still going for Georgiou as the Red Angel. She had Defiant's history at hand, is aware of the AI in charge, she might even have sussed out the AI ordered the attack that killed Burnham's parents and that Michael was the real target.

I love that whoever the female character with main focus in any episode was automatically became the most logical choice for being the red angel every week. this week it is airiam, last week it was vina, saru's sister two weeks before that and naturally when amanda visited the disco, she was the red angel

Part of that is that they really haven't given us much information. I just hope it isn't someone from out of left field.

hmmmm...wasn't Mary Chieffo upgraded to main cast in season 2?
so far, she has only appeared in 1 episode as L'Rell, which, for a main cast member is...unusual.

But if the RA is actually L'Rell from the future, that would explain a lot in that regard
