Actually, I guess I just tend to post pictures from "formal nights" on the ships (there are usually 2 per cruise.) You don't have to dress formally for them, but we enjoy it (plus, there's a company that partners with cruiselines and it's cheaper to rent tuxes from the ship than pay a baggage over weight charge if you have to pack clothes for those 2 extra nights.)
This time we were on the beautiful
Crown Princess doing the Western Caribbean itinerary: Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Roatan (Honduras) and the cruiseline's island resort in the Bahamas, with 2 wonderful sea days to do nothing but relax and be pampered. We took my parents (their first time) and The Hubby's mom and BIL. Had a very nice time, though my parents were a little overwhelmed at first. By the end, though, they were old hands at the whole thing.
No more now for a few months ..., until the Panama Canal in April/May.
