So glad everyone is unscathed.
macloudt I felt so stressed reading that, you must have been scared to death! I'm glad you are all okay
I suffer from anxiety on a good day so you can imagine the mental wreck I was afterwards. We were caught in a snowstorm on the road a few days later and I had a rather spectacular meltdown. Bless my brothers for putting up with me.
Very happy to hear that everyone is OK, mac. Cars can be replaced; human lives cannot.
Weather is a huge jerk!!
I've officially given up on Canadian winters and will do my darndest to only travel there from May to September. I'll stick with wet but above-freezing southwestern English winters, thanks.
Some pics of the kids from today.

OK OK OK....who tied that tie? It's killing me.... I am having this overwhelming urge to fix it!!
Why? It looks awesome
It's inside out.
My wife tied it, I then fixed it but after the photo.
We're in Skaneateles NY for their kickoff of Charles Dickens holiday fest. I will post some pics of that later but here is Lake Skaneateles
Great pic Tom Hendricks
Nice photo. One end of the Finger Lakes. I've always wanted to fish the Finger Lakes.
^Heh. Fish fingers.
I can make those.
My brother's driveway after the first proper snowfall in central Ontario, taken two weeks ago. Pristine snow such as this is so beautiful, especially on the trees.
I may not like snow overall, but it is damned beautiful when it's freshly fallen.
That's just plain beautiful.
