"Counterpoint"
Hands down Death Wish. It was easily one of the best Q episodes of all of them, and did a really good job of continuing the story from TNG, rather than just being a guest appearance. It actually felt like it could have been an episode of TNG itself, but it worked really well as a Voyager episode too. Janeway was also really good, in fact I'd say at her best, in the episode.
Although I guess it says something about what I thought of the series when my favorite episode is about a TNG character/concept.

The only time I've ever found Andy Dick to be entertaining.
Really? I gathered he was a popular comedian. I can't judge, as I haven't seen him in anything else.
His real life antics just overshadow anything he does professionally. It's hard to separate the two.
I've never seen him in anything, maybe he doesn't make the small screen here. I'd never even heard of him until I started reading negatives related to this episode.

I loved News Radio in the 90s. It was such a clever sitcom, and there was Andy right smack in the middle of it.
