I dont think that meant what you thought it did. All Bob Greenblatt said was that they're planning on putting it back in the schedule if/when one of the new shows fails.

We've been through Annie's age in the thread before. At the start of season one I believe it was mentioned she was 18 years old. She and Troy went to the same high school and it was mentioned he was a year older than Annie. Annie made a big deal about this in an episode I think. They celebrated Troy becoming legal last season I believe. So that would make him 21 and Annie 20.
