Never watched B5. It's more of an X-Files reference.

I've always wanted to see one of the liner tugs used as a secondary hull--something you might try--with the dreadnaught saucer wider and supporting two nacelles up top.

I think John Payne did that though it was made into a Medical Ship.

Nicely done. It looks like something that Amarillo Design Bureau would use as cover art on a Star Fleet Battles / Federation Commander product. Except, they would want an enemy ship of some kind in the photo. Seriously, you should contact them and see if you can work something out.
