1)The copies were definitely there by Sat AM PT and out of boxes for sale, which leads to ...

2) there were less than 1,000 pre-orders, making copies for sale off the rack there, if they held to there guns about limiting the press run to 1,000

I think it's pretty plain that IndySolo knows what he's talking about here and has likewise been entirely generous and forthcoming with whatever pertinent information he has had access to. It's exceedingly bad taste on your part to question the veracity of his comments.

The good news is I got an email a few minutes ago saying my order is complete, so I would assume this to mean my copy is now in the mail. Looks like the long-awaited book is on its way to everyone!

I got my notice (in my spam folder... joy) last night about 7:30 central.

I ordered mine on 19 Aug. No word as of yet.

I just double-checked my email. I placed my pre-order on July 19th and Creature Features charged me for the payment on July 25th. Still no word from them regarding shipping.

I've been to Creature Features' physical store in Burbank, so I know it's also a small operation going on over there. I've no doubt that the books are here and that the guys at the store are working as fast as they can to get the books out the door to the people who bought them. In other words, I'm perfectly fine being patient until my copy arrives.

Mine was delivered today (confirmed on Wednesday).

I imagine customers outside of California will be getting these starting on Monday.
