New Making of TMP book

Anyone hear any word on this? I see it listed as In Stock on Creature Features, but I've not received my copy yet. Anyone?

P.S. Can anyone tell me if they got a confirmation email for their order? I was looking through my mail and can't find one.

I never received anything from the the publisher, but I did pay using PayPal, so I have a receipt from them.
 
Except for my order and receipt, I haven't heard anything yet either. I am hopeful that we're going to get some sort of notification in the next little while.
 
I couldn't find on their website where it says "in stock". It still says available for preorder on the books page. I've emailed them again and if I get a reply this time I will post it here.

I've ordered mine today and created an account at the same time. I can log in and see my order any time now, it seems.
 
I hope it's coming, since I see on my credit card bill that I've already been charged for it. I was expecting the kind of setup where they don't charge your card until an item is actually shipped.
 
I've written to them twice now and also posted on their Facebook page a while back with no results. Kind of unprofessional to not respond to business inquiries if you ask me. I'll probably not buy that Outer Limits book they have now just because of this.

Word of some kind would be nice, but it is still October and in the spirit of Halloween, I am willing to cut them some slack.

Since the only payment option was PayPal, I expected to be charged upfront.

Crimany! They're a small operation that probably doesn't have a dedicated customer service person. The book is coming; be patient.
 
While I think we need to be patient, I also very much understand Ktrek's POV.

That they're a small operation is no excuse to not communicate with customers.

They may be a small operation, but surely it only takes 2 minutes to put up a notice on your website to say, "Hey, guys, we've been receiving lots of inquiries asking about Return to Tomorrow. The book is expected to ship by **/**/14." or something to that effect.

I don't care if there's only one person running the place, it only takes a second to put up a quick informational notice on the site.
 
I couldn't stand it any longer and so I called their office yesterday and was told that the books are on a slow boat from Taiwan and they don't know how long it will be before the books ship. It could be a week or months from now. He said as soon as they have something more definite they will update the website.
