It's weird isn't it? JAG showed that all Navy/Marine personnel are criminals and now NCIS shows that they're all murder victims!
Yeah, that sounds familiar to me too.If my memory serves me correctly, for the first season or two of JAG, when they were trying really hard to please the Navy in return for its support, the plots usually involved someone in the Navy or Marines accused of a crime but who turned out to be the innocent victim of a misunderstanding, freak accident or an evil contractor, civilian, spouse, etc. No military personnel ever did anything illegal!
