1) He speaks to Kang and I guess this includes Mara too. (Is she higher than him, being science officer?)

2) He believes in swift killing. Kang - older and more experienced than him - advises patience and viligance.

3) He goes with Mara to Deck Six, but never makes it. Chekhov knocks him out.

I may be mixing up more than one Klingon though, as I haven't had chance to check.
